Knibbe, Huiras Jr. take home All-American Honors

The 2018 NCFA season is officially in the books. First year member, Apprentice School Builders, took home the national title with a convincing 56 -14 win over the Oakland University Grizzlies. The Ramblers finished ranked 14th in the country after ending the season with a 7-0 shutout win at Wright State University. After a season of growing pains, we are proud to announce that the NCFA has selected 2 Ramblers to the All-American team.

AP #15 Michael Huiras Jr. earned 1st team All-American honors as an All-Purpose player. Huiras Jr. played quarterback, running back, wide receiver, defensive back and return specialist for the Ramblers in 2018. With 514 all-purpose yards and accounting for 5 touchdowns, Huiras Jr. has earned his first All-American selection.

TE #2 Sawyer Knibbe earned 2nd team All-American honors as a Tight End. Knibbe ended the 2018 season breaking the single season team receptions record (24) and receiving yards record (352) while hauling in 2 touchdowns. When Knibbe is not using his hands to catch passes, he can be found on the line blocking with the big boys and now has also earned his first All-American selection.
